Butterflies for Baby...Part1

Since Marshmellow turned out to be a girl, I'd better get to work on a few "girly" things... :) somehow this tomboy of a mom-to-be is going to have to learn a few frills...not sure if I'll ever get into tutus and slippers but... ;)

Supplies needed...

the painstaking task of cutting out each die-cut butterfly....

I decided to paint the butterflies 3 different shades of purple as most of the nursery walls will be neutral and I need some pops of color...below are the other 2 shades of color....am hoping to match the crib quilt with these shades as well...

Remember the roll of grapevine covered wire? Behold my wreath from which the butterflies shall flutter and flit merrily....

The hardest part is up ahead and I'm not sure when I'll actually have time to tackle it...the mind-boggling task of deciding lengths and quantity, varying colors and crimping beads has me groaning but having got this far I shall persevere. :)
